- Complete an application.
- If you pass the initial screening, you will be invited for a viewing of the property.
- Based on your viewing of the property, if you are interested in renting, you will then be subject to a background check.
- If you pass the background check, you can sign your lease!
- Required Information:
- Photo ID
- 2 most recent pay stubs or bank statements
- Previous landlord contact info
- Fully completed application for all adults 18+.
- Application fee $30 per person.
- Security deposit and move-in costs:
- If approved, we require the security deposit to be paid upon signing the lease.
- You must be able to move within 30 days of the lease signing.
- If you are conditionally approved, you may be required to pay a double deposit.
- On or before move-in day, you must pay the 1st full month’s rent plus a pro-rated amount if applicable.
- IMPORTANT – Common reasons to be declined:
- Incomplete application
- Evictions or eviction filings
- Collections from a former landlord or utility company
- Bankruptcies
- Unqualified occupants
- Credit score below 575 or no credit score
- Unverifiable income
